He wanted to stay and coach them through playoffs, the players wanted him to too. The Ole Miss athletic director is the one that is not letting him

but trying to stick it out and negotiate coaching his team in playoffs knowing that hes leaving and his players knowing it too? whats the point? he cant have his cake and eat it too

But the ultimatums was laid out by Ole Miss, they forced his hand, he had to play his cards. He built the program, brought it to relevance it hasn’t seen in decades. I believe most of the hate is coming from salty Ole Miss fans who are looking for someone to point a finger to when this is just the state of college football

thats valid, i hate ole miss period so i cant really sympathize, but i guess its just the nature of the industry. NIL is the whole reason saban left, its ruined the true meaning of cfb

Exactly, players and coaches are all doing this I am not sure why we are all the sudden going after Kiffin when quite honestly he’s handled it better than others have in my opinion.

i think the main difference this season is that alot of the HCs have gotten fired rather than walking, i think theyre confused bc if they have a number 6 playoff team, they shouldnt be losing their coach at all, i think they see it unfair

He may have wanted to stay and whatnot, but you also know that forcing your whole staff to come with is a douche move. It’s like someone who didn’t get what they wanted and took out all their anger out on the team

Why should he have any respect for the program? He built the program, brought them to success they haven’t seen in decades just for them to kick him to the curb. Look at how the ole miss fan base is acting. Id be trying to take whatever I could from that school too on my way out screw them😂
