Only notable coach that’s come close to Saban for OSU is Woody Hayes, they’d have a coach here and there who won a national championship, but nothing close to the standard of Hayes.

Hayes is OSU’s goat, but they dont need him to be successful. Bama was genuinely terrible or at least mid from around 1994-2006, and 1984-1991, also before Bear
