calvin johnson was a 5-star and he went to georgia tech for prestige. he's the only 5 star we've ever had.

I think they probably do. Because they aren’t seeing much play time we don’t know them. If I was lucky enough to get recruited but knew my chances to play weren’t great, I’d definitely choose Vandy over UT.

You’re right. If you get drafted to a D1 program, you definitely think you’re going to the league. Mommy and Daddy been blowing up that ego since you were 3 years old. 😂

The sports dev industry is crazy predatory. You’ve got parents spending thousands for their kid to play on a select travel team, just for them to hit .214 But every kid and (more importantly) every parent, thinks they’re going pro. Most kids don’t realize they’re not getting drafted until their junior year of college
