NIL should be students doing car dealership commercials. Not salaries. Ridiculous that briefcases of cash is considered “NIL”

Nah. They’re college athletes getting a full scholarship and the opportunity to get NIL money from commercials/deals. Introducing salaries ruins the whole idea of amateur sports and only opens up opportunities for rich people to ruin it

That’s why the salaries are capped and standardized. You want to give the players compensation for generating income for your program but without allowing it to become unbalanced and allow people to take advantage of it

the amount of athletes finishing their degree in college sports is decreasing significantly since the introduction of nil. now that’s a fucking problem.
