the only reason i think 2024 texas deserved it more than 2025 a&m is because they made the sec championship so they were one of the top two SEC teams

I mean they had an extra loss, pretty much the exact same resume. That extra game just showed Texas wasn’t capable of beating a top team, which then happened in the playoffs after they beat two teams who shouldn’t have been in
