If BYU wins chaos would happen. because then you have to kick out Notre Dame, Ole Miss, or Bama. If Bama wins then they are safe. If you wanted to add another team like Texas, Vandy, Miami, Utah, you would kick them both out.

If you want more chaos: Duke winning the ACC, JMU losing the Sun Belt, North Texas winning the American

It’s pretty simple you kick out Notre Dame cause their schedule is weak, they lost their 2 biggest games, and yeah your good. Bama is in (hell they might just beat Georgia anyway) and Ole Miss is already safely earned their spot.

the coach and staff argument can easily be made with ole miss tho. ND still has their coach, a heisman candidate rb, overall a solid team. Ole Miss is missing the guy who brought them to the playoffs. Their roster isn’t that strong imo

What should matter more, the resumes and games played (giving Ole Miss and edge) or the coaching staff being intact (giving Notre Dame an edge)? Me personally, the football that’s played is what should matter most
