Yeah idk how the ncaa let that happen bc he was convicted (happened when he was like 16 he raped his younger cousin or something) but he was on the registry and if I remember correctly he had like gotten arrested for failing to register or notify or something while he was at ostate and they still let him play bc he was their ace and they won a natty bc of it
