conferences obviously don’t matter considering Alabama got blown out in the sec chip as well as losing to FLORIDA STATE. there’s a valid reason they’re not in a conference lmaoo

Shouting at the clouds brodie, nobody said anything about a conference. None of the parents of those seniors, none of the parents of the whole band or the cheer squad knew it was their kids last game. They took that extra game away because the administration wants to pout.

Alabama had a playoff spot before the championship, it's unfair to penalize them for playing an extra game that most teams couldn't even get into. Championships are meant to act as rewards, not punishments, otherwise everyone would find ways to dodge them.
