to be fair they are the first team to beat 3 top 10 teams in a single regular season since like 2019 and 2 of their 3 losses were to ohio state (#1 seed) and georgia (#1 seed) 🤷🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️ don’t even like texas but they got a valid point

They don’t have a valid point. They lost to a fucking 4-8 Florida team. Alabama suffered an out of conference loss but didn’t lose a single game except against Oklahoma the rest of the season. The whole “we should’ve scheduled an easier team” is such a pussy excuse. Don’t get embarrassed by Georgia, lose to a terrible Florida team, and struggle to beat Miss State and Kentucky

all of you people just completely ignore the wins and go straight to the florida loss as if it invalidates the entire remaining schedule I’m not saying texas deserves playoff but quit ignoring their wins against teams that are on lock for the playoff as if the florida loss makes them horrible, they are a good team

Gang they needed overtime against Kentucky and Mississippi State… yeah they got some good wins but they have 3 losses. There multiple 12-0, 11-1, and 10-2 teams who all deserve to be in MUCH more than they do

They honestly would of been in if it weren’t for the Florida loss too. Their schedule wasn’t the hardest in the SEC either.
