Yeah I feel like it should definitely be the teams ranked 1-12. Oregon and ole miss basically get a bye bc they are guaranteed a win

The answer is to expand to 16. A 16 team field this year would’ve still had the underdogs and would’ve had ND, BYU, Vandy, and Texas. If those 4 teams get in and the G5 gets their shot then everyone is happy
