Ole Miss got a qb older than Drake Maye in the roster who’s only eligible because of some shady judge in Mississippi. Sometimes it’s better just be quiet. ☺️

LSU was the only one who attempted to roster guys who signed a professional contract. And before you mention the guy from Texas, he never signed a contract to play for a team.

completely different scenario but I get it. one is older and didn’t sign a professional contract. Shouldn’t have been granted another season. But. The one’s from LSU did sign a professional contract but I digress.

and yet he’s actually eligible per NCAA rules. while I don’t like the fact he’s got his 6th year, I don’t know all the details, it’s still an ENTIRELY different situation that trying to add 2 players who signed a professional contract.

I don’t see why that matters a ton if it’s the same age of players. There’s a reason everyone gets an injunction from a judge that went to their school and it’s because they know they don’t qualify for college anymore

No, he’s eligible because a Mississippi judge and Ole Miss alumni said he is. He sued the NCAA and found the right judge to rule in his favor. That is all.

🤷🏻‍♂️ he’s still eligible. as long as you didn’t sign a pro contract (which he didn’t) and imo the medical reasoning behind Chambliss getting it should’ve stood with the NCAA. And please note, I’m completely unbiased and I am not an ole miss fan, nor am I a fan of any SEC team. Doesn’t matter how it was done, it’s still a completely separate scenario than what kiffin and LSU were trying to do, with football and basketball
