Downs played on a defense that didn’t allow more than 16 points to a team all season and he was a major reason why

Easy stats to look up: Downs allowed 136 yds (4.1 per target). Delane allowed 147 yds (4.2 per target). Downs literally practices against two of the best receivers in college football and future first round picks (Jeremiah Smith and Carnell Tate)

Ok? He’s not facing them in the game. Ohio state played nobodies besides Texas. The second they played a good team they lost. I’m not at all saying he’s not a great player, I just think delane deserve it more
