If people are calling the SEC and the B1G the Power 2, then what are we calling the Big XII and ACC?

I’ve seen the term P2 tossed around in reference to those conferences and while I understand the sentiment behind it, It still leaves me confused with what that means for the other two conferences in the P4. I wouldn’t put either the XII or ACC in G5 territory, as most programs in both conferences have far more funding and talent in them, but if they aren’t allowed to be categorized as power conferences, then what are they?
