No we absolutely let her off the hook. She’s in a subordinate position and Moore took advantage of that workplace dynamic. Straight outta the HR videos of what not to do in a position of power
Everyone thinks he’s a piece of shit but let’s not her off the hook.

I don't think either one of them is innocent or should be let off the hook both made conscious decisions to engage in abhorrent behavior but he was in a position of power and used that to his advantage to increase her salary and basicall plus he has a wife and three children who are going through this awful situation on a public level then got arrested for making threats the staff member is innocent by no means and deserves every bit of hate for being a hoe and a homewrecker

she knew he was married with three kids, took the 55% pay raise and still slept with him, he’s obviously way more in the wrong but she did everything wrong herself

Exactly! That’s the reason that we have sexual harassment awareness in the workplace today. He was in a position of power. How do we know she willingly entered into the relationship and not because she feared losing her job?

Hey maybe wait until actual details come out and are confirmed before you call her a hoe. We’ve seen plenty of powerful people taking advantage of younger woman and them feeling as if they had no choice.

When the alternative is getting fired it’s not exactly an option for her

Exposing stuff gets you blackballed. Stop trying to blame women you bum. 100% of the fault lies on the person with the power which in this case was Moore

Have you and #3 never worked a day in your life? Cause if you had you’d know she’s at zero fault because she was the subordinate. The power dynamic is the key part to this situation. They weren’t equals

I just got off work actually, also even if the genders were flipped i’d say the same thing, she wasn’t 🍇’d, she made the decision to sleep with a married man and head coach of michigan, things would’ve been better for the both of them if she decided not to sleep with him, or if he wasn’t a sex addict.

losing her job would’ve been better than what ended up happening, two wrongs don’t make a right, we learned this in pre school

If the power dynamic was flipped then the woman would be at fault. But it wasn’t so he’s at fault. Situations like that put the subordinate between a rock and a hard place which is why it’s completely unacceptable and he got fired. If they were both on the same level of employment they both be at fault but they weren’t

they both are at fault, moore is like 99% responsible, but that doesn’t change the fact that the woman is still a homewrecker.
