As much as I don’t like Miami, how tf is there ANY argument to put Notre Dame over them? Both teams are 10-2, have common opponents that people like to compare scores, but something most people forget: MIAMI LITERALLY BEAT NOTRE DAME ON THE FIELD

Look at notre dame since that a&m lost they have easily been the best team in the country

I feel like it doesn’t say much when you’re playing teams who are horrible. You don’t see people on here saying Georgia is the best team in the nation after beating charlotte 35-3 or Alabama is the best team after beating eastern Illinois 56-0. Eye test is a horrible metric if you’re playing unranked opponents, ND hasn’t proven themselves any time that mattered.
