You do realize UConn has two actual rotational nba players from that team and they both aren’t above average for nba terms…

If you’re gonna make this argument you should’ve made it with Villanova, they legit could beat half nba teams and have proven it in the league when everyone doubted all those guys actual value

Let’s be serious, you do realize there is a massive talent gap between even the best college teams and the worst nba teams right

No, including UConn 2024. Notice how most of those guys aren’t exactly tearing it up in the league right now, excluding castle

Same argument as Ohio State football vs the Jets…Jets win everytime cause of age/talent gaps

That doesn’t matter when the talent comparison is night and day. These nba players were some of the best players in history at their colleges.

That Alabama team almost got them

No, they couldn’t. They would lose to the worst NBA teams by 20+.

Wdym that Villanova championship team has basically been the Knicks starting lineup and been a top team the past few years

Do you understand that they are bigger, better, stronger, quicker, and smarter than when they were in college? With NBA talent surrounding them? Without workout limits. With permanent nutrition and training staff day in and day out for years now. Professional accountability and NBA level game prep and scouting. Apples to oranges, little guy. A player’s last year in NCAA and their first year in the NBA are worlds apart.
