I have POTs and I’m watching a medical show they said 103 heart rate is severe tachycardia, It made me laugh 😂😂 It’s not around here..

I was a catcher in softball for two years after diagnosis . My heart rate would scare my coach all the time

I had a professor genuinely scared for my life when I told him I took metoprolol, bc he was given it once and it almost killed him by making his pulse 40bpm. Like thank you sir but I’m still well over 100 and am just avoiding getting a pacemaker appreciate the concern tho

Lmao I did marching band with pots!!! Mom got me a Fitbit at the time when they were new….oh boy did that company send some emails of concern 😭 “hey user why are you burning 10k calories bc your heart rate is 200bpm for 5 hours every day” excellent question Fitbit, excellent question

I was going to be a teacher and my symptoms got so bad before I knew I had pots and I almost passed out in the teacher bathroom.. no more teach
