got a waist trainer for my POTS after my dr suggested it and it’s genuinely worked better for my circulation than any meds I’ve been on?? But now it’s too hot to wear it and I’m miserable and have no energy ugh
If anyone has some suggestions on how to deal with POTS in hot weather plz let me know!!! I’m drinking so much water and eating so many pickles already lol

if possible keep your skin and shirt wet. it’ll keep you way cooler

I have a cute super insulated lunchbox that I keep cold stuff like this in. There's single use cooling gel stickers that fit on the neck or forehead online that are pretty cheap and I use them for migraines too.
