For anyone with larger “chests” do you think that binders are helpful? I have chest pain & sometimes I feel like a br@ makes it worse and sometimes it makes it feel better, I’m wondering if a binder would be the best of both worlds bc it’s more supportive

I do not have EDS right now I’m only diagnosed with dysautonomia. Chest pain is NOT cardiac related so I’m thinking maybe ribs? sports br@s feel so tight to get enough support that they’re very uncomfortable and I’m just at a loss

I would recommend a back brace over a binder. It supports your lower back but that is what is actually holding everything up and supporting you

I bind frequently for gender reasons and am on the larger side, unfortunately it’s been a *cause* of rib pain for me rather than an alleviator 😬 definitely worse than a sports bra on that front cause of the length and restrictive intent

Worse and then not all that supportive imo, not to mention the way it restricted breathing for me. Binders kind of just don’t go well for anyone with a chest larger than like a D-cup, in my experience. Op might be better of with a well fitted corset
