I was too at 21😵‍💫 thankfully it was “just” POTS. Two years later I might have an arrhythmia though😎

Me too, but it ended up being a silent asthma attack (I did not know I had asthma). Hope you’re doing good and it wasn’t a heart attack

thankfully [or unfortunately] everything came back normal. i do have POTS so they just said to follow up with my cardiologist. :( they asked me about asthma too and i said my mom had it but they didn’t check for that much besides my RR. i had to reiterate that my dad had recently had a widowmaker and survived, but they didn’t seem too concerned with that family history just by considering his age.

Oof, hopefully your cardiologist can help. I don’t get wheezing with my asthma, so it a little longer to get diagnosed. It’s definitely worth asking about lung function testing if you have a family history. Good to know that it wasn’t a heart attack
