
Sometimes i get a flare up after eating so i totally get the aversion to eating. I stick to having stuff from the BRAT diet just to make myself have some sustenance. I’ll have bananas and applesauce on standby, sometimes bread & a toaster/panini press, and then i’d use the minute rice microwave cups. they’re all small servings & simple instructions, so it’s enough to keep me alive until an appetite finally returns lol.
