Honestly I need some feedback on these options. I’m leaning towards one and three bc I do NOT want to go off my meds again

damn, that’s a serious conundrum. I think if I were you I would try tapering off of psych meds to see if that makes a noticeable difference, and/or maybe talk to my psychiatrist about switching to a medication that’s less likely to interact poorly with the inhaler
