Pooping is basically a valsalva maneuver which stimulates the vagus nerve and can cause hunger, a sudden drop in heart rate, a sudden drop in blood pressure. The valsalva maneuver is often a treatment for SVT but if you have any issues with your autonomic nervous system (like POTS) it can do the opposite
