She wanted me to work on some of my outbursts. Long story short, I wrote a journal entry when I stayed at the MH respite last month, and one of the staff members read it and started crying because I was too harsh, and she got angry at me and told me that.

She started screaming at me and then told me to never say that ever again, and then that’s when she told me I should be careful what I say because if I’m not careful about my outbursts she could potentially see me getting murdered by cops if cops saw me having an outburst. But my therapist ended up reporting her for that comment secretly recently

I was pleasantly surprised that my therapist was so adamant about reporting her but i am glad my therapist is protecting me around this.
