Ah yes…. The self blame because pretending we CAN do the thing and we’re just lazy feels better than accepting that maybe just maybe our disability IS disabling and no matter how hard we try we can’t reach all our high standards and that’s okay. 🥲

i always feel so lazy and inferior to my peers and like i know it’s due to my illnesses but also i feel like other people don’t understand that while im medicated i still have symptoms that impact my functioning
