Is there other things for severe nausea than zofran? I don’t want my dr to think I’m using it too much, but idk what else to do. I can’t stand ginger

Lemon- lime in small amounts can be good too but easy on the citrus so I suggest soda water

sometimes motion sickness meds help, like dramamine and stuff

Chewing gum usually helps me. I know some flavors can be overwhelming, but a mild peppermint-y flavor is usually pretty okay. For me, not saying it’ll work for you, I hope you find something that helps :)

looking up pressure points for nausea really helped me. there’s one in the wrist and they make compression sleeves with little knobs that pinpoint it to help with nausea

It’s basic but lying on your left side and keeping your head propped up helps a bit. Also, it sounds weird but smell rubbing alcohol. For some reason it helps. I keep little alcohol prep pads around my house. Besides that, I often resort to just trying to sleep it off
