I’ve got MCAS, if I’m having a flare and also on my period, I can start a low grade fever

yes temperature regulation is a factor of dysautonomia

Yep i have pots & when my dysautonomia gets bad i get bad hot flashes/get feverish. Sometimes i get low fevers also

I don’t get fevers afaik but I get hot flashes like nobody’s business

I have them. But I notice it with severe migraines.
