They said they don’t want someone sick to represent the organization because if I have a bloody nose or pass out it’s not a good look for them. They want me to step down but do extra jobs with the higher title so people don’t know who I am so that the organization isn’t ruined by my medical emergencies (mind you have been a part of this org since freshman year and just recently got diagnosed in Jan) I was in a lower position and they moved me up and now I’m being asked to step down further MORE

They want me to do all the duties of the top role and the lower role with the title because they don’t want me to be known. WHAT DO I DO? Is this discrimination?
