I have the worst case of strep I’ve ever had they gave me a steroid shot so I could finally breathe but now one of my tonsils is completely raw any tips on soothing it? It’s the one think keeping me in bed right now 😭

yeowch when my throat is really sore I tilt my head back and drizzle honey on it straight out of the jar, but if I wasn't allergic I would go for the throat numbing sprays first

I will do just about anything but a saltwater gargle because when I saw it is raw I mean bad and that burned so much
