@ my constipated friends: this tea is magic, i drank a cup before miralax to be hydrated, and literally had to go BEFORE even taking the miralax. i'd also been having severe cramps all morning (backed up a few days) & it helped those too. i'm so relieved

it's decent, mostly like a fruity berry flavor. not like my favorite tea i've ever tried, but it's not bad
