Anyone wear compression socks for POTS?? I was told to at my appointment today and have been standing in Walgreens looking at them for like an hour having no clue what to get

I doo! The ones I've tried from a bunch of different brands have all been good. If you have a latex allergy check the tags/box/whatever to make sure it doesn't say it has latex

No advice on socks but if you haven’t heard of it abdominal compression does way more for me than compression socks

I like the mukluk’s compression socks. sometimes they have them at Walmart and they come in fun-ish patterns

She did give me a packet that has both socks and abdominal suggested so I’m curious about that. Is it uncomfortable to sit through classes or anything with that one tho?

Any tips on getting them on? I feel like it’s going to be an adventure because I get winded just putting on my regular socks hahaha

mine came with instructions. I think it said to flip them inside out and roll them up. For longevity of the sock it's suggested to not pull at the top but I do and they've been fine. Let me see if I can find the instructions online

I wear shapewear shorts for mine and they’re quite comfortable, even for several hours on a plane. I’m not sure how a belt type thing would work, that may dig in at the edges more
