Creatinine is usually reflective of kidney function! Mine shot when mine started failing and another time due to an obstructive kidney stone that wouldn’t let me peeee

High creatinine is indicative of a kidney issue…I know it sucks and is hard to get answers but I think you need to try to get ahold of your rheum or another doctor if that route doesn’t work
