Yes absolutely, for me it’s lack of blood flow so I have compression things I wear while driving and only drive with one hand at a time so I can have blood come back

It could also be partially from cold!! I have Raynauds and even when the AC is weak the airflow will make my hands go numb

I ride my bike for transportation, and mine does that sometimes if I do that for too long without giving my wrists breaks. After 20 mins, I try to give my wrists a break, and I use a massage gun at home. Also using a guasha tool can help with pain.

i assumed it was blood flow and maybe adrenaline from work wearing off since it's mostly at night. i used to have more pots symptoms but they've lessened a lot. i'm also a new driver so haven't had this happen before. i'll look into compression gloves for driving though, that's a good idea

Of course! I’m got pots and drive a lot lol. You can also see if you can wear torso compression while driving (really helpful) and lower your steering wheel so your hands aren’t up as high

i didn't think about lowering the steering wheel, that would probably help because i notice my hands going numb if i have them up on a desk with my elbows down

Yeah for me it really helped (also learning to drive with just holding the bottom of the steering wheel helped)
