I told my dad how I got injured over the weekend, and he was like “you just gotta pop it back in.” That’s such a hEDS thing to say for someone that apparently doesn’t have hEDS 🧐

Like we don’t constantly pop our joints in all the time😭😭😭 that doesn’t mean it doesn’t still hurt and cause injury. Like my shoulder, constantly, subluxing means I will need surgery in the future because I will have more down my tendon
