Used LMNT electrolyte packets for a while bc my brother got free samples at an event. Idk how much they are tho, but I’d mix 1/2 a packet into my vitamin water.

I’m of the camp of going for just regular power packets (crystal light, gaterode, etc.) and then supplementing with electrolyte pills such as SaltStick. I don’t know how the cost compares, but I’ve never liked the taste of Liquid IV, so that’s my method.

I once added potassium salt to my vitamin water, and it lowkey tasted so good (I like citrusy salty combos)
