For those who took a muscle relaxer for endo, how long did it take you to feel like it helped? Or did it not help you at all?

Yes, it is. My gyno was between something that targets the nerves or the muscle. I ended up choosing a muscle relaxer based off of a recommendation of a family friend. Ask your gyno if you think it will help. I can’t say if it’s helping me or not bc I just started, but I will say my gyno also wants me to do pelvic floor therapy and thinks with the two of those working together it could help.

Thank you I’m going to bring this up because I truly had nowhere idea because my gyno had never mentioned this as an option.

Of course! I’m happy this post was able to let you guys know about additional options you have. And don’t worry I didn’t know it was an option either. That’s the point of this community is to share and help each other through everything so ignore #2 because this is a safe place and we don’t have room for their negativity.
