Does anyone recommend any blackout sunglasses for migraine management or attacks. Struggling here with a menstrual migraine starting trying to help myself for the rest of the week

If you’re talking for the daytime, unfortunately it’s been trial and error. Some of the best I’ve found has actually been cheap drugstore type pairs. I’ve tried on hundreds though. And once I find a pair I buy about a dozen of that same kind (or as many in stock). Other than that, hat. And sleep mask when not moving.

Honestly daytime yes, also thank god this AM the pain has subdued a little bit it’s still bad but not as bad as last night if that makes any sense, I had to take like a cocktail of meds, I found this random pair on Amazon just 5% tint for the light blockage. I need to get cheaper red light ones for screen time at school idk if those help tho

I went to a neuro optometrist and he got me ones for computers. And inside. It doesn’t work when I’m in a severe migraine, but I have constant light sensitivity. Everyday, all day for years. There’s lot of different shades/tints for glasses. The red didn’t work for me. So they found a better one. But it isn’t commercially available.
