Lately bandaids have been literally taking my skin off. like this is a new development lol

I do have eds so I thought it was par for the course, but it got a lot better later so now I think it was a vitamin deficiency. If you don’t take a multivitamin maybe it’s the same for you :)

Do you use latex or non-latex bandaids?? I have a latex allergy and have a similar reaction w latex bandages, but non-latex is fine for me

Do you know like, which vitamin? I do take a multi but I have absorption issues. Hopefully it’s not like. Scurvy or smth

I don’t :( I just know it went away when I started drinking ensure which has a ton of nutrients

These ones were probably latex but it was from my dr office so I’m not sure, I’ve used latex free and while it isn’t as bad it still happens from time to time

It was just that the adhesive was strong enough that when I tried to pull a corner up to just rip it, it would pull my skin too far instead of coming off. Had to use coconut oil to ease it off and normal bandaids like, are still hard to get off for the same reason but aren’t quite as strong
