My dizziness and fainting spells are getting worse by the day. It’s immediately after I stand up or get out of bed or if I’ve been sitting down too long. Does anyone know what causes this?

Get tested for POTs. You’re at the start of that.

Likely some type of dysautonomia (if you’re not anemic). POTS is most common but there’s also orthostatic hypotension that is more likely to cause fainting
