Does anyone have any tips on how to introduce food back into your diet after being barely able to eat? I’ve been struggling to get back to normal

I’ve been doing some meal replacement drinks but I really hate them so they’re hard to get down

i recommend applesauce, fruit popcicles (like outshine), oatmeal, tofu (low fodmap), soy milk, and nuts

Mashed potatoes, milkshakes, smoothies (like naked or tropical smoothie cafe (add peanut butter!)) and pumpkin pie are also good this time of year. Even if it’s soft, chew it. Chewing is essential for jaw health. I was on the meal shakes and applesauce kick for months and my jaw is messed up

The BRAT diet. Bananas, rice, applesauce, toast. Gentle on the stomach and provides energy. But only use this for a day or two then introduce more nutritious foods
