Social security really needs to fix their guidelines for epilepsy because what do you mean I have to be seizing nearly every day, but if I’m not & seize within six months… no driving = no work = no income😭
I have the correct seizure type, but don’t seize often enough for their liking. But still seizing often enough that I cannot drive. I’m drug-resistant. Would a disability lawyer help with this?

Unfortunately a disability lawyer is almost always needed to get SSDI approved

But can a lawyer override their frequency requirement based on my history?
