Like genuinely so many of them use the excuse of “you don’t look like you’re in pain/sick” like okkkkk what would that look like to you? And would you rather be dealing with that version of me right now, or would you like to enjoy my ability to treat you like a person? I appreciate when it’s reciprocated

that and masking/ptsd so i can’t even show pain and discomfort around other people… it’s hell on earth
