how do you keep going with a migraine? i’ve had a 11/10 pain for days and im so close to ending it i just can’t take it anymore i feel like this is all my life is going to be and no one can help me

Short term you can go to an urgent care and they can give you a shot of painkillers into your butt. Other than that idk I just try to sleep as much as possible, take tylonel and use ice packs. My migraines also last days and sometimes I can’t even get up to go to the bathroom without vomiting. Hopefully they will develop more effective medication in our life time :(.

i get them for like a month at a time with no pain relief from any medications and the emergency room doesn’t help me they just want to send me home being there is like the worst place for intractable migraines i hope one day i can just be me again
