
Yes and no. You should discuss with your provider your need for mobility aids, and ensure they’re checking for correct use. Bc things like crutches or canes being used wrong or height not being set right can cause a lot of damage. But if they say “no don’t use any aids you’re young you don’t need them”, and you know you need to, don’t listen to them and find a new provider
Agree with #1. It is important to use mobility aids correctly. I know using underarm crutches incorrectly especially can cause a lot of damage. That said, if you can’t get an appointment or have a doctor who won’t listen to you, you can find information on using mobility aids safely online
