People with EDS, POTS, and/or Fibro, do forearm crutches work for you? Obviously I’m gonna talk to my doctor before I do anything, but I’d like to get an opinion from some other people who may actually use them :)

Yes. They provide more support than a cane and give you the option to use one or two mattering how much support you need that day.

At the moment, I use a cane some days, but I find that some days it doesn’t do as much if I’m having issues with both my legs, and sometimes I can’t use it if my wrist or shoulder are acting up—which is why I’m asking about the forearm ones since I’ve heard that those are better for your shoulders

I have clEDS and it unfortunately gives me blisters on my palms, I prefer a cane or rollator if I’m ambulatory

Yes please get the forearm crutches! You shouldn’t use a cane for support only for balance or you could get a permanent limp
