How do people h-eds deal with the pain mentally? I’ve had a handful of knee surgeries because there was something wrong, and now my hip hurts and I can’t stop thinking that I’ll need surgery eventually and I just can’t take another one

I just kind of carry on. Like I’ve found that worrying about it makes the pain sm worse. You kind of just have to accept that you’re in pain, give yourself some breathing room, and keep going
