My back has never hurt this bad. It’s been days and I’ve tried everything, it hurts to move at all and I don’t know what to do anymore

I had a really bad slipped disk and even after it put itself back in the nerve was just irritated and I could barely move. They can at least prescribe a muscle relaxer and physical therapy but spinal problems can be way more serious
