I’ve been able to survive because I’ve always had a recovery period after everything. Now I’m only going to have fifteen days off a year. Including any travel plans. I’m not going to make it.

I’m very thankful that work from home will be an option, but I know they won’t let me do it much for the first few years. I’m doing structural engineering which is not a job I can do independently. I’m also the only disabled person at this company that I know of and I don’t know what to do. I’ve been doing better with my health but one minor flare up could send me spiraling.
