
I don’t know if this is a great long term solution but I cannot dwell on how out of control my health is or I will spiral so bad, so… distractions. Reading or playing or watching something I enjoy while sewing or drawing or whatever else and if I don’t already have sound going my earbuds are going in and i’m listening to music. I just need to keep my brain going back and forth on things I enjoy, not ruminating on my health to the point where the stress will just make me sicker
