I accidentally missed the dosage time of my epilepsy meds this morning but took them around 1 ish pm cuz I was told to still take them but I had an aura two times today already and feel like shit. I just feel like dying rn cuz my second aura was rn

And now I have a headache, luckily didn’t have a full on seizure mini or not, grateful it wasn’t a grand mal one or whatever the huge ones are called but I’m drinking water rn and just trying to calm down. I’m glad my bf is with me but man I feel like I’m losing my mind 🥲
